Just like a canary in a cage
I'm sitting here doing nothing but pondering
Why am i stuck in this cage
While the wild birds get to be free?
Nobody cares about me
They all pay attention to the wildbirds
Makes me feel unloved
Like I'm a vulture or crow
Aren't canaries beautiful too?
Just as beautiful as the wildbirds?
I guess not, since I'm here
Locked in this cage
