'Little Miss No - One' Poem by HELEN.J WILLIAMS

'Little Miss No - One'

Rating: 2.5

Some where out there is a sad little girl
Who could do with some loving, a hug & a smile.
She, s the little one that people dont see,
She, s the one with the tears that longs to be free.
Her parents dont care they do as they please,
They hurt her, they taunt her, they continually tease.
She must do as she is told & not tell a soul,
Or ripped from her arms is her favorite doll.
Her clothes are old - no shoes for her feet,
No warm bed for her to sleep.
She is so very lonely, she aches to be loved,
She often prays to god above.
Please hear her prayers & give her hope,
Cause she is losing the battle - no more can she cope.
Her body so bruised from the beatings she, s had,
This child so precious - they say is so bad.
They do not deserve her - God knows they dont,
Please leave her alone
But i know they wont.
This little child locked behind the door -
If nobody listens she will be there no more.....
