The grass is dancing
The children singing
The little girl is weeping
why
why does she cry
the clouds sway
the leaves play
the little girl walks away
you see
you follow
shes gone
hello
hello
you call
no answer
a rustle
you turn
the little girl
so pale
so sound
what is wrong
why so down
the little girl turns around
and round
and round
this will all be gone
soon
so soon
What could she mean
you see
love may leve
happiness shies away
and never comes home to stay
Life never strays
it goes away
My soul will not die but go up high
love and loss
Loss and love
are the same up above
The grass is not dancing
The children are not singing
the clouds do not sway
The leaves do not play
The people are weeping
But the sun
seems to shine
brighter today
