In the month of FEBRUARY Polturam eats only brawn;
In every evening for that poor pig sincerely mourns.
Whimpers sitting alone
In front of the bones
Declares on oath since then on would live only on CORNs.

In the evenings he starts in to whine.
He cries all alone,
Mourning a bone,
Swearing from now on that corn will be fine
