Lightless Common Life Poem by reina Lorenzo

Lightless Common Life

Inside my mind, there’s empty
Longing and longing
It’s sucked, it screamed.
Inside my skin, there’s empty
Hungry for miracle
Dreamin’ of you.

It’s me dreaming of you
How I wish you were here
To light this lightless common life.

My runnin’ blood, my achin’ hear
Fine, then not
My feelings
Shouting, grieving
Oh, I want you.

I’m thirsty
Sleepless thinking of you
I know you are born for me
And you’re the one…
