Life’s Storms To Weather

Wild storms were forecast for today
Gloom would swallow the sky
But faith has chased life’s clouds away
In Jesus name on high

Without spiritual eyes to see
The living Christ as King
Eternal life will never be
Salvation’s song to sing

Christ Jesus is life’s beginning
Life’s centre without end
Where people who’ll turn from sinning
From darkness to transcend

Into the land of the living
Where Christ reserves a place
Where love that continues giving
Through God’s eternal grace

Let’s look above the great unknown
Beyond life’s present state
Consider God on Heaven’s throne
Who’s endless power‘s great

Immeasurable infinite strong
Where countless souls rejoice
Only a fool would not belong
Where grace grants freedom’s choice

Free of sin, of tempests raging
Wolves as sheep disguised
In filthy acts engaging
Till lost, blind and despised

Let us pray for true Salvation
Willing life’s storms to stand
With The King of all creation
To dwell His Promised Land…..
