Life Changing Flames Poem by Ashley Wakefield

Life Changing Flames

I stand in the snow with my dad,
Anight so lovely turns so bad.
My rushing tears move down my face,
As the flames take away my place.

Eleven fifteen flames take over,
I hear the screams come from all over.
People gathering from afar,
All around are fire trucks and cop cars.

Thay have come to stop the night flames,
It is the neighbot that I blame.
On this horrible Christmas eve night,
Everything is gone after this fright.

Leaving three families with no home!
