Life And Dust Poem by Rimni chakravarty

Life And Dust

Many a times I wonder
May be I ponder
On what is life all about?
I have seen and many of you
Who love to look up to the blue?
How the seeds germinate and sprout!
I have not seen much, but what I have seen
Is enough for me to Perceive of what is life?
May be it is full of strife
May be it is thorny where my blood gushes out from the feet
May be in this heat
Drops of blood comes out from my eyes
They are my tears
Rimni I say to you cheers
What would you do with a life where your journey ends up in a coffin
Why tax the brains of what should have and should have been?
It is nothing, but a handful of dust
I exist only to rust.
