LIEUTENANTS

All governments;
They are lieutenants!
They swore;
To work for the US floor!
Is there any government;
As self sufficient?
They are well paid;
And specially made!
They are to remain separete;
And each other to hate!
All are under one command council;
For any kind of deal!
So is the manifesto;
You see as you go!
Prisons are countries;
For individuals and families!
Governments are gangsters;
They are life and death givers!
