Leonard Nimoy Poem by Ima Ryma

Leonard Nimoy

Leonard Nimoy, do rest in peace.
Generations watched your Star Trek.
Mr. Spock's role will never cease.
Pointed ears pay off - what the heck!
The series did not last too long,
But later movies filled the bill.
The role of Spock continues strong,
Trekking through time, and always will.
You've passed to your final frontier.
The planet Earth pays you tribute.
While we try not to shed a tear,
We give you the Vulcan salute.

Thank you for your time and space walk.
Live long and prosper, Mr. Spock.
