A storm rages through you as you search for the words to speak,
Drowning in the memories, but the whole world is at your feet,
A whole life infront of you, everything else left behind,
Don't you know this is your chance, your time to really shine,
You can do whatever, be whoever you choose to be,
It's your dreams and aspirations that will surely set you free,
It's your strength and courage that helps you learn to fly,
But first you must be brave enough to say a final goodbye,
You'll create your own experiences and make your mark some place new,
But leave enough of yourself behind so that nobody ever forgets you.
