Leave Me Alone Poem by jimmy zepp

Leave Me Alone

Rating: 2.2

Leave me alone, oh sweet dream,
Let me live my life, or whatever left of it,
Diminish your last vital beam,
I can walk in darkness; for Hell I am fit…

My name is confusion, dilemma is my state,
Four decades are nearly done,
I don’t know what’s between faith and fate,
For all my sins I shall be gone…

Forget my glance, it was a fake,
I loved my music more than myself,
Memories are now off chains break,
My past a picture; over your shelf…

But there’s a ghost behind those eyes,
Only the true could ever see,
They never kept love in disguise,
Just all alone I want to be…

Stab me with the dagger of God,
My heart is already on the stake,
Let my death purify my blood,
Release me of that ultimate mistake…

Leave me alone, as I’d done with you,
You never knew me; that’s the right word,
Separate ways are in front of us two,
They won’t meet again; not in this world! ! !
