Last One Behind
Twilight is upon me,
no one else is here,
all alone in the night,
The Last One Behind
When all hope is lost,
when you're spent,
when the forces of darkness are nigh,
This is where i will stand, in the end.
Chasing shadows,
eating seeds,
voices in my head,
sitting by myself.
I am forever here,
where no one else remains,
in this frozen wasteland,
where darkness breeds.
All that i did, all i ever did,
I'm here standing,
knocked over and over,
The Last One Behind.

Behind the One we stand at Last With daybreak we see, the crowds draw close, light reveals those gone, The Last Ones Behind. Hope is never far, the cost shared, when the forces of light are threatened, No single one stands alone, in the end. Lighting candles, bearing fruit, songs from the heart, standing amongst friends. Forever is here for us, where life endures everywhere, in all frigid corners, lights reflection shines. All that we are, all we've become, standing alongside, 'arise' we beg of you, The Last Ones Behind.
