(lacking Sense Of) Gloss Poem by Rich Downes

(lacking Sense Of) Gloss

Rating: 2.7

A memory brings back that feeling which is such a shame
Lie about the ways that I cannot begin to pay
But even now I'm still falling
Like the way you go when I'm never free

A sorrowful cost
As I'm lacking sense of gloss
By the way that I feel further small
As I'm lacking
A memory shall never stay
Felt further apart
Guess I'll stray
Learning to be over you at any cost
As I'm lacking sense of gloss

Denial of the way that love may not yet hurry
And I wonder who you would want me to yet be
No cure for being narrow
Guess that's why I can't yet be something

A sorrowful cost
As I'm lacking sense of gloss
By the way that I feel further small
As I'm lacking
A memory shall never stay
Felt further apart
Guess I'll stray
Learning to be over you at any cost
As I'm lacking sense of gloss
