Kool-Aid Bottled For Mass Consumption Poem by Ted Sheridan

Kool-Aid Bottled For Mass Consumption

Rating: 5.0

You look to me to forecast my predictions
As if somehow inside my head the answers have gained fruition
As something more than the same age old contradictions
Having plagued mankind from the beginning of his existence
I look at you and all I can see is a foolish left of center fool
Because you look back at me as if somehow I know anymore than you
We both will try and figure out what this world we live in is all about
And in doing so we tend to create more controversy and more doubt
Then we would just by holding our dampened fingers to the wind….
And repeating the verbatim of what we think…
It all depends on the flavor of your favorite drink…
