Kittens Moan Poem by Antonija Norbutaite

Kittens Moan

Outside the window rain falls down
What can I do without a home?
Black fur gets wet here in the storm
Who can help me? I don't know.

Everybody's warm at home
Kitten's laying, milk is warm
What can I do without a home?
Where can I lay my head...don't know.

That's what happened once to me
A little kitten with no place to be
Now I have a place of my own
And no one will ever hear my moan.
