Killer Mind In Killer Van Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Killer Mind In Killer Van

Rating: 5.0

Words failing me now
In time of mourning
Such innocent lives
Stolen from One God
Such an intense mind trapped
Escaping on a rampage
Killer mind in killer van
Blood red in his sight
No heart left for life
No man nor woman
Spared any mercy
From this heart of cold
They were the innocent
From all walks of life
From corners of world
Breathing in sunshine
He too was once innocent
Evil not yet his lone friend
Intimacy not yet his
Prisoner in his own mind
They loved life and God
Family was gold
Friends were so cherished
Strangers so welcomed
He was shy and awkward
Rejected by many
Friends so greatly needed
Strangers so unwelcome
They weren't ready for this fate
Breathing in such warmth on Spring's day
Walking leisurely hopefully
Dying furthest thing from their mind
He deliberately planned this fate
Breathing in such darkness cold day
Driving under Satan's damn spell
Dying closest thing in his mind

One of the most horrific days in Toronto's history. It resembled a terrorist attack.

Good poetry. The remains his days in the wild still haunt men. Yes, we need to eschew violence to keep this planet liveable. But, do we? Ukraine?
