We learn by grace to understand –Pr.4: 1-27
Teaches The Holy Ghost –1Co.2: 10
That many souls are in the hand
Of watchmen at their post –Eze.33: 1-20

To watch and pray The Lord commands –Mt.26: 41
To all His love set free
Release His virtue through the lands –Mt.5: 14
Allow the blind to see –Mt.28: 19-20

What is to watch and daily pray? –Da.6: 14
If not to move God’s heart –2Co.6: 12-42+7: 1
If not for God to pave the way
His blessings to impart

Rich blessings come on bended knee –2Co.30: 18-20
Through fervent selfless prayer –Ac.7: 60+Ps.35: 13
Through Him who died upon the tree –Jn.10: 10
Through love and tender care

Through love that Jesus died to give
Through care we seek His face –Ps.105: 1-4
That those yet dead will come to live –Jn.14: 12
And dwell God’s holy place

Not always has a blessing wings –Da.10: 12-13
For God to turn the tide –Ex.14: 21+Jos.3: 15-16
Yet watch and pray until it brings –Jas.5: 16

Through fasting, God may answer swift –Mt.17: 21
