Justifiers Poem by Duy Bui

Justifiers

Liars’ with gorged pockets, still see a
dearth of sinews in justifiers’ speculum
The twain with mouths of outward limbs,
an expo of hairless coiffeurs
Crooning sweet chorales to them and you and I
Finned with angel’s wings in the sea,
cape of doves’ feathers when minister in heaven
Leaves of seasons winding colors from nature’s breath
Justifiers squawk of ten second canticles from
lewd ghosts within
