Just Sharing Frustration
Frustration! ! !
They say
Very High BP
and
say
no liquor
no sodium
no smoking
just drink plain glasses of water
and
walk
eat plenty of fruits
reduce your weight
the girth for men
must be lesser than x inches
and
for women y inches
else order a wheel chair
reserve a berth in a hospital
better take precautions
than wait for a solution
well end up now
it's no time for frustration
Old age alone is welcome
that is all human's resolution
the docs performed his
ordained occupation...
send notes to friends
kith and kin
to meet finally
and
pray for salvation
of all past present
and
also future
other's sin
Amen
those who eat well also die
then whydoes a doc make you cry
we all must some day
one day
if not today
having come all this way
die
life is too short
why shorten it further
by just thinking
a guy asked the doc
will I live for ever
without salt and sugar
he said no
but you will die normal
and be happier
no pain nor injections
and
know you did your best
to Live
AMEN DOC
WILL SEND YOUR BILL
IF YOU WILL

Too much of eating is bad for health. No eating is too. Balanced diet is best for health as per the advice of doctor. In order to lead a peaceful life we have to maintain our health. A beautiful poem so nicely executed. Thanks for sharing.10
