you loathe the obsession, the compulsion
shorne pride and naked humility
i wove fantasy for my story to excite
to tempt and to attract attention, affection
seducing the seducted and betrothed
i plucked out my eye and forgot to give it to you
i blinded the other one staring down the sun in search of you
chose death over seething guilt and retalitations
