I feel…
Like I’m the one and only
Person who understands me
I feel so depressed and lonely,
And I wish I could make the other see
That the pain I’m in is almost too great for me
And all because of her!

How can one both love and hate?
Because the one I loved took it all away
Right now in ‘my’ life I have too much on my plate
For this mind numbing, intoxication that leads me astray
And all because of her!

But I hate this time of year
Everything seems to turn so cold
And leaves me to cry at least one tear
And makes me realize that I have no one to hold
And all because of her!

But why focus on love as if that’s the solution
And if that’s what I need to make the correction
When I really need a major retribution
To bring about this needed affection
This is my life and could be my end
But then in my thoughts I realize this is just another day
Without her!
