Joyous Unity Poem by VICTORIA HEIM

Joyous Unity

Clap hands, sway with the movement of Life's music
The Holy Torah - values unity
'We are all responsible for one another'
'Your Joy is my Joy; your pain is my pain
Your good deed is my good deed'
The heart is a sanctuary
Determination and Introspection
the ingredients that ignite the spark that urges the Soul
to filfill Destiny
Faith and study of the what is found on the parchment Scroll
in times alone - trying to communicate and no one else understands
comes the Holy One
silently, the little voice and the words
Barakh Atah Adonai Eloheinu
'Blessed are thou, Lord our God'
The source of mercy and compassion that sustains us through these
existing troubles
From other days - Esther speaks
'Grant me my sould and my People'
Healing the memories of faces that were longing to be known
The foe could not keep them - could not evoke annihilation
It is the Almighty, who acts with loving kindness
and desires that we live with a Oneness under the
Eternal Canopy of Heaven
