Joyous Tirades Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

Joyous Tirades

Wandering down this Road of Life,
Thoughts passing through my Brain,
Hoping to live without fear or strife,
Open to HIS thoughts again.

Many the times I’ve overcome
Days of depression and pain,
Without HIS help I’d be a Lost Soul,
But ‘Hope Springs Eternal’ again.

There is no point to live in a rut,
Life should be full of hope,
For what in the future is good for us,
And for that, we should never mope.

I look out today on a sunny scene,
The brightness of HIS creation abounds,
Why should I be sad in this world of HIS,
When Life goes on all around.

Many of us feel down at times,
It is the way we’ve been made,
But, we should always shout and praise
Our Creator, with joyous tirades.
