Joy Of Addiction Poem by Zubair Ali

Joy Of Addiction

Rating: 4.0

With drugs I kill my heart
For a few drops of delight.
To quench my crimson thirst,
I prick my veins
And bleed in joy.
My eyes turn rosy
with shimmering tears.
From the pinnacle of my soul
I leap into the cradle of imagination.
