Joy Becomes Sad Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Joy Becomes Sad

Little Joy loves this flower garden,
He gazes at the beautiful flowers with great affection and interest
And smells the sweet fragrance of these with his heart's content.
But the owner of the garden thinks otherwise,
He uproots the flower trees
And instead of it plants the inferior trees which produce many flowers in the season,
He does this for his financial benefit.
Joy looks very sad and dejected,
He does not even look back at the garden,
This is alien to him.
The owner asks him the reason,
Joy answers angrily, "You will not understand it with your brutal sense."
