Joy Poem by Kay Bressner

Joy

Rating: 5.0

No softer sound than
late morning shadows
on golden beige

green woven ground;
listen to the wind
rustle the leaves

sway the seed pods,
orchid gem stars in
a crown held aloft.

A dancer
and the strong supple limbs
of her partner.
