Journey Rythms Poem by Tony Adah

Journey Rythms

When the crier
Hit his gong
And I am contemplating going,
Pray the bio-rythms
Of the birds twitter more
When the ship berths
With anchor by the harbour
And blare its klaxon
Pray that my baggage is ready
For the sail
When all these happen
It will be a sweet journey
Leaving the world behind me.

Beautiful and sweet journey to be remembered for the last time, which comes only once in life time. Loved reading it. I loved the way you presented it. Thanks for sharing with us.
