Jesus Lord, Jesus Lord!
I've come to plead in forlorn,
Have mercy on Thy beloved son.

Jesus Lord, Jesus Lord!
Gaze Thee at me, Thou hast clemency,
Repeatedly, plead I for Thy mercy.

I cast upon Thee my ladden luggage;
For I know with Thee all pains assuage.

Mine own pacifier and confidant;
Thy grace suffice, Thy mercies abundant.
