Take me to Jerusalem
The land of peace
And ubiquitous beauty
That I may rest from the worldly peril of life
Take me to Jerusalem
The land of unmeasured richness
And innumerable wealth
That I may grandeurwith affluence at the podium of life
Take me to Jerusalem
The citadel of kings and nobles
Where only the fearless and docile
Leisure from the pestilential storms of life
