It's okay to be sad
It's okay to say that this hurts
It's okay that you think this is bad
Admitting this, wouldn't make you feel any worse

It's okay to be upset
It's okay to not feel okay
It's okay, for you not to be over it yet
It's okay because there will be a brighter day

It may not be tomorrow or today
but give it some time
because I know in your head it's on replay
as if you just witness a crime.

I can see your pain
that you try to hide
you trying to be strong and stay sane
after she died

I'm here for you
To talk or just be a listening ear
because I went through this too
so let's just be clear

You don't have to go through this alone
It's okay to let it out
I'm just a call away, just pick up the phone
What you're going through I want to hear about

It's okay to cry
It's okay if you want me to stay
It's okay for you not to be the tough guy
It really is okay.
