Into Me, Into You Poem by MADHUR LITTU

Into Me, Into You

Everyone started to run as the signal is glowing green
Same as ants moving in a line on grasslands in evergreen
Standing like a rock amongst all the odds in between
I am waiting for my turn to cross this road unseen
There comes the signal to move which I have foreseen

Moving halfway across, I could see my destiny
And my heart started thumping in blasphemy
Failing to move ahead with company
I stood there for a second to seek this mystery
While vehicles began to rush forward in a hurry

This is like a puzzle with a single piece
Only by solving this I can stay in peace
Then I saw you in a moving bus
The dismay in me ruptured thus
You saw me with a smile that stuck
As the bus moved on behind a truck
I stood there again to test my luck
Into me it came and into you it went
Like a thunder bolt as if it was bent.
