Into His Glory Poem by Quame Boatmann

Into His Glory

The LORD gave me His ruby
To save me from sin's misery
His love is my antimony
And my light shines in beauty
My faith is of fine gold
Tried, tested with scold

My foundation is of sapphire
So I will endure the fire
I am knit and carefully woven
And will not be shaken

I'm not of this world
I am for Christ and won't be twirled
My hope rests on celestial glory
So I do not worry
