Internal Weather
When troubles set up house near by
Then breed inside my head
Wreaking havoc on my pride
When all my strength has fled
My conscious starts a forest fire
Spreading through my brain
Thrashing as the flames grow higher
The moment when I change
Nothing left but smoke and ash
All just a smoldering heap
Sifting thru what's now the past
Choosing what to keep
