Inspiration? Poem by crystal ruth

Does your inspiration
come from someone
who lives and breathes darkness?

Does your inspiration
come from someone
who wishes and prays for death?

Does your inspiration
come from someone
who has issues of controlling
her anger at times?

Does your inspiration
come from someone
who hates almost everything
about herself?

Does your inspiration
come from someone
who tends to always give up
because thats all she can do?

No.
No it doesn't.

Your inspiration
comes from someone
who can overcome
'bout almost everything,
who is great at most things,
and who is proud to be herself
because theres a reason to do so.

And up 'till now
I have been your
inspiration.

But, now tell me.
'Am I still
your inspiration? '
