In Memoriam T.S. Eliot Poem by Lev Brekhman

In Memoriam T.S. Eliot

The searching can be bitter,
The searching can be sweet.
God is not our 'hitter',
We are not 'cannon meat'.
Upon the safe returning
To the original place.
We see the newly forming
Life's sordid face.
