In A Canoe Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

In A Canoe

Let me not look askance
At the poor suffering man
As if to declare his sufferings are
Just but a pretentious sham.

For every man has his own sea
A canoe to tame the waves,
His journey too is his very own
Which he alone has to brave.
