Imperfect

By: Taylor Donnelly

I know I'm difficult to understand

Especial when i pull away while still holding your hand

I'm selfish I'm sure of this

These feelings are ones i cant just dismiss

I find comfort in your touche

And i know its not saying much

But I'm imperfect by design

And i know at times that not fine

But I'm clutching at you in the chance

That if i cling to you hard enough i can hold my stance

But this breath hurts to breath

And its something i can't conceive

And there is somethings i cant read in books

And i cant keep it away with meager looks

And its this

I'm imperfect by design

But if you hold me tight it might be fine
