Immortality In Mind Poem by Muzahidul Reza

Immortality In Mind

Rating: 5.0

I go a go
But I cannot end my going
A sound resounds my endless going
To show me all are going
All beautiful and ugly, old and young
In different ways and times;

I do a thing
But I cannot finish my doing
Looking back I see my endless doing
And all are doing
In different ways and times
To earn something;

I see a sight
But I cannot end my seeing
Looking around I see my endless seeing
And a vague standing
All are in the vague
Crawling and screaming;

My endless going, doing, seeing
Throw me in a vast sea,
I do not get ashore
I float and float far and far
I am bored, tired, exhausted
I am around the ruin;

Suddenly my psyche laughs and calls me
Who eternally lives in me
And keeps a link with immortality,
Raising the waves of immortality
Takes me to the shore of it
I sigh a long hoping for that;

So, I (body) die
My psyche cannot be finish by my dying
My endless psyche will return again
In new me,
Though it is not here, over there
Other stage is over there, over there.
