Softly she enters my breakfast world of tea
And toast like a warm summer breeze, a rose
In full bloom in the silence of her world.
If only this rose could talk what message
Would it bring? But alas, a rose is not
Allowed to talk, it's against nature's rules.
We must accept that life, like nature's rose,
Must obey rules for it to thrive, otherwise it
Would just fade like the leaves of autumn.
Marvellous poem, David. Thank you........Top stars
Accept life the way it is. What a lovely example of Rose, who radiates beauty so silently.
We are abide by the laws of nature. Beautiful poem reminded of my poem on the same subject
