If only
You could wrap your arms around me
So I could tell you I am strong
But sometimes also weak
Then I would allow myself to weep inside of them
If only
I could search your loving eyes
Reflection of my own love
And help you understand
The road that I am on
If only
Some of this weight that I must carry
Could be lifted if only for a while
You see my shoulders are aching
And I want sweet relief
