If I Remove It, I Become Nothing.

Something always bothers us
something itches inside my mind
something crawls slowly like a worm
inside my belly and i can feel it
it is disturbing me and i want to take
it off from my system but something
that bothers me tells me that if i
remove it, i become nothing.
