i thought it worked
you know with the two of them
i was wrong and sorry
i should have never laughed
at your stupid little love fights
at the way you looked at him
at the way you felt about him
i wish i could have seen the future
but never once i would have seen this
he put you through so much
i wish i could have been there more
im sorry my dear friend
i thought it worked
Excellent! I love the way you are obviously talking about a major issue, that makes the reader more and more inclined to read on and find out what it is and you end it with 'I thought it worked' which is a massive cliffhanger. Really great work.
