I Think In Poet Form Often

I Think In Poet Form Often

I think in poet form often
They're mostly good thoughts I might add
When I think about my wonderful Saviour
And how He has made me glad
For on the account of my own sin
He went to an old rugged Cross
And hung there in great agony
His own precious blood was the cost

God had to turn His back away
From the punishment of His own dear Son
But He still never stopped on loving us
There's still grace for repentant one's
Praise God Christ was lifted up
That name still stands above all names
That offers Salvation...full and free! ! !
To everyone that offer remains!

I still know of my first Hallelujah
When my heart was forgiven for sin
The peace and joy that flooded my heart
When I asked the Lord Jesus in
O it was a Hallelujah alright
I still think of it inwardly
Hallelujah what a wonderful Saviour
Who gave of His life for me! ! !

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
