Why do I miss you so badly tonight

Oh if only I could run to you now
I would do it so fast

Honey I want to hug you so tight
And feel the warmth of your touch

I want to hold you
And together we dance
To a sweet music of the past

We will be holding each other tight
Until we soar and reach the sky
I want to be with you forever
To be your angel and guide

Oh how I wanted to kiss your lips
And feel your tender touch and caress
I wish to lay down beside you and feel the love tonight
As the stars from the sky cloth us with their light

But we are very far apart
And I can only reach you by heart
