I Miss My Home In Virginia Poem by Joy Thacker

I Miss My Home In Virginia

Rating: 2.5

I miss my home in Virginia- Nestled among the tall pines- -I remember the old front porch- -With blue morning glory vines- I will arrive in Virginia- Before the sun goes down- I've been gone a long long time- From my dear old Hometown- I traveled around this country- The years went quickly by- Mrmories of my childhood days- Often make me want to cry- My family has been waiting- For me to come back home- At the end of the day I'll be there- -Never, never again will I roam.
