I'm Gone Poem by Dorsey Baker

I'm Gone

Baby if you were
trying to
hurt me so bad I'd walk away
baby you succeeded
I'm gone
baby you succeeded
I'm gone
baby if you were
trying to show me
your disgust
encourage my distrust
now the pie
is without a crust
baby if you were
trying to
make me miserable
you succeeded
I'm in misery

Baby it was
a rough road
but now
its come to an end
Baby you've got your freedom
I've got
my vodka and gin
Baby you succeeded
I'm gone!
I'm gone!
