I Hope You Change Back Poem by Cassandra Hooper

I Hope You Change Back

Once again you scream
You yell
Once again
We head towards Hell
You said you were done
You'd stop yelling at me
You said to calm down
That you'd let me be
But I think you lied
I think you can't stop
I think something in your head
Always tends to pop
I think you go mad
I think you're a fake
You're as fatally venomness
As an Amazon snake
You think I'm stupid
That I can't tell you're lying
You think you can get away with this
But just as long as I'm crying
I think you need help
I think you should chill
Because sooner or later
You're going to kill
Whether it be me
Or just another kid
It'll hang over your head
All the awful things you did
I hope you realize what you're doing
I hope you realize what you're throwing away
I hope you realize you were wrong
I hope you change back someday
