I Don’t Worry For You, I Just Happen To Care A Lot Poem by Marc Robinson

I Don’t Worry For You, I Just Happen To Care A Lot

I am there for you,
You do not have to test me,
But you do.
I try to help you.
But you seem to give in on yourself,
And when I am there to help,
You act like you don’t want it.
I ask you questions.
But you lie.
To see my reaction.
You are scared to ask for help
But saying words directly.
Rather talking about things,
To see what I do.
I can not help you,
If you do not help yourself.
If you do not put yourself first,
But I put you before me.
My strength can only carry you so far.
As my time with you is only so limited.
You are with yourself for the rest of your breath‘s.
And you need to be able to carry yourself.
But when you are weak.
Do not be scared to ask for my help.
As I will always give it.
And I will always offer it.
But I can not say I will always be able
To make the judgement,
And act out what I think you want.
What I think is best.
I can not take full responsibility for you,
Just because you don’t want to take responsibility.
I will be there for you,
When you ask,
And when I offer.
I don’t worry for you,
I just happen to care a lot.
