I Do Agree I Have Two Wives Poem by Gajanan Mishra

I do agree I have two wives,
One is dispassion and another
Is worldliness,
Cleanliness and defilement.
I do agree my father is ego centric,
But my mother is ignorant.
I have my own pillar of patience,
Within and in between vice and virtue.
I know how to kill the enemy of darkness
With the sword of knoweldge
In the sea of wisdom.
Just give me a chance to eat
And to drink and to make merry
In the broad day light of deliverance.
